Nothing could be easier, the MINIPRO is used directly in the pan.

The MINIPRO is equipped with a 700W motor and has two useful speed settings depending on the preparation:

- A low speed (8,000 rpm), ideal for blending liquid preparations or simply to avoid splashing at the beginning of the blending process.

- A high speed (13,000 rpm), useful for blending thicker ingredients or to obtain a smoother, even more uniform texture.

The MINIPRO is supplied with 3 blades:

- The emulsifying knife (4 blades) allows you to chop, blend, grind in order to obtain excellent soups & veloutés, tapenades, smoothies,

- The beater disc is ideal for making whipped creams,

- The mixing disc will allow you to smooth fresh cream cheese preparations, to make mayonnaise
